What is the condition of the selling car?
We pride ourselves on honesty:
History: We provide the VIN/Chassis number so you can run a “Carfax” report yourself to see if the car was ever involved in a major accident abroad.
Mechanical Check: Every car undergoes a multpoint inspection. We check the transmission, engine, and “under-car” to ensure no major rust or oil leaks.
Aesthetics: Foreign-used cars look almost brand new. Local-used cars may have minor scratches, but we ensure the AC is chilling and the interior is professionally cleaned.
Is fuel included in the rental price?
When you pick up the car, it will be provided with 5 litres of fuel.
After the initial fuel provided, any additional fuel costs will be the responsibility of the person renting the vehicle.
When returning the car, please ensure that the fuel level is not less than 1 litre, as the fuel level will be checked during the return process.
To make this as relatable as possible, I’ve broken the answers down into the practical, “real-world” terms you’d encounter at a dealership or rental hub in Accra today.
